OPERATIONS MANAGER & PARTNER

Kevin joined Gourmet Lunch Ladies in 2014 after building his culinary career in the hotel and banquet catering industry following his move from Korea to Canada in 2010. Starting as a Sous Chef, his dedication, leadership, and passion for excellence quickly saw him advance to Head Chef and, ultimately, Operations Manager.

As Gourmet Lunch Ladies’ longest-serving team member and a proud 10% owner of the company, Kevin has played an integral role in helping shape the business into what it is today. Known for his calm demeanor, strong work ethic, loyalty, and exceptional organizational skills, he is a trusted leader who keeps operations running smoothly while always supporting his team.

Now a proud Canadian citizen, Kevin is most passionate about his family and spending time with his wife and two young sons. When he’s not at work, he enjoys travelling, discovering new restaurants, and continuing to help grow Gourmet Lunch Ladies for years to come.

HEAD CHEF

As Head Chef, Alexis brings passion, creativity, and dedication to every event catered by The Gourmet Lunch Ladies.

Joining the company in 2021 as seasonal support after building experience in the restaurant industry, Alexis quickly became an integral part of the team, advancing through the ranks to lead the kitchen.

With a commitment to quality, innovation, and exceptional execution, Alexis plays a key role in developing menus and delivering memorable experiences for clients across a wide range of events. Believing that great food has the power to bring people together, Alexis approaches every menu with equal parts creativity and care.

Outside of the kitchen, Alexis enjoys exploring the beauty of British Columbia with her partner, drawing inspiration from the people, places, and flavours that make the province unique.

KITCHEN MANAGER

Daniel oversees all kitchen operations at The Gourmet Lunch Ladies, bringing years of experience, dedication, and leadership to the heart of the company. His journey with the team began as a dishwasher, and through hard work, commitment, and a passion for excellence, he advanced to the role of Kitchen Manager.

Today, Daniel leads a talented team of more than 15 kitchen staff, managing daily production, inventory control, purchasing, and quality assurance. His hands-on approach, strong organizational skills, and deep understanding of kitchen operations help ensure every service runs smoothly and efficiently.

Known for fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, Daniel plays a key role in maintaining the high standards and consistency that clients have come to expect from The Gourmet Lunch Ladies.

CULINARY CONSULTANT

Kristen Chant is a culinary professional with more than 35 years of experience spanning Australia, England, China and Canada.

She began her career in Melbourne, earning accolades in culinary competitions while progressing into restaurant leadership. She later based herself in England, leading kitchen teams and travelling extensively throughout Europe, before relocating to Canada.

In Canada, Kristen worked for 13 years with Culinary Capers Catering and 4 years with Edge Catering as Chef de Cuisine and Lead Event Chef, where she helped develop high-performing teams, design menus and deliver memorable large scale events while contributing to business growth.

Now, as a Culinary Consultant, Kristen brings expertise in culinary leadership, operations, team development and business strategy.

VP SALES & MARKETING

With more than 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and strategic partnerships, Tiffany brings a unique blend of corporate leadership, hospitality expertise, and relationship-building to Celebration of Life Catering and Gourmet Lunch Ladies.

Throughout her career, she has worked alongside many of Canada’s leading hotels, casinos, catering companies, and restaurant operators. In 2010, she was handpicked to lead the Olympic contract for Vincor, overseeing partnerships with Olympic venues and premier catering organizations.

In 2023, Tiffany joined Gourmet Lunch Ladies to launch and grow Celebration of Life Catering, a dedicated division created to support families through life’s most meaningful gatherings. Since then, she has built strong partnerships with funeral homes throughout the Lower Mainland, helping create a seamless and compassionate planning experience for families.

SALES MANAGER

Molly proudly comes to GLL as sales manager with over 20 years of event planning experience with an extensive background in both corporate and wedding planning, food and beverage. Skillfully planning and executing: corporate events, galas, wedding receptions; themed parties; plated dinners; and cocktail parties. Known for proficient budget management and expertly managing staff, clients, venues, entertainment and various vendors. Superior client management, time management, and organizational skills has led to Molly’s success leading to a large client following.

Graduating from the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts, Molly was awarded the school’s top honour, the Award of Excellence. After a practicum at Semiahmoo Resort and internship at Lumiere, she took a position at Bistro Aubergine. She was hired by the renowned Culinary Capers Catering as a catering chef, and she quickly advanced to a position on the event planning team.

OFFICE & EVENTS MANAGER

Andrea serves as the Events & Office Manager at The Gourmet Lunch Ladies, overseeing the coordination, logistics, and day-to-day operations that keep the company running seamlessly.

She joined the company in 2022 after a successful hospitality career, including her role as Assistant General Manager at Earls, where she developed extensive experience in leadership, operations, customer service, and team management.

Drawing on her background in both hospitality and event coordination, Andrea plays a key role in managing client relations, event planning, staffing, scheduling, rental logistics, and office operations. She works closely with clients and the internal team to ensure every event is executed smoothly, from the initial inquiry through to the final details on event day.

EVENTS COORDINATOR & HR MANAGER

Vanessa is our HR Manager and Event Planner with a passion for bringing people together. For the past 7 years at Gourmet Lunch Ladies, she has combined creativity, organization, and attention to detail to help create memorable events and exceptional client experiences. With a background in Human Resources Management and Paralegal studies, she thrives in fast-paced environments where no two days are ever the same.

Outside of work, Vanessa is a busy mom of three, spends her time keeping up with her Aussie Shepherd, Kobe, and loves camping, exploring the outdoors, and making memories with family and friends. Whether she's coordinating an event, supporting her team, or planning her family's next adventure, she brings energy, heart, and dedication to everything she does.
